Heidi on Jun, 17, 2012:
I was on Methotrexate injections for a year & then went off of it for about five months. I've been back on it now for 3 weeks now. My family & friends have all noticed (as well as myself) that I have been irritable, moody, mean & edgy since restarting my Methotrexate treatment. I also am always tired while I am taking the drug. I feel as though I can't get enough sleep to feel refreshed & rested. The mood swings are really getting to me. I am actually contemplating stopping the medication for good due to the mood swings it is causing me. I am even on Prozac for depression/anxiety. I can't imagine how bad I would feel if I weren't taking that as well.
