Just started taking Minocycline last night, have been taking Methotrexate for about a year now with moderate to good success, but tend to get frequent infections, both tooth and ear, was hoping to be able to take Minocycline to combat that problem as well as help with my RA. So far, when I need to take any other antibiotic, the doctor has had me discontinue Methotrexate until round of antibiotics is completed. Skipping my Methotrexate has proven to not be good for my RA.
