  • was taking poly glycol on a daily basis over several weeks. Then Started sharp groin/inner hip pain. Left side worse, but both sides impacted. Pain is in inner top of thigh area/groin at the hips. Quit taking the poly glycol and pain is lessening and much improved (after 3 days off so far). The only logical explanation is the frequent use of poly glycol.

  • blood work has come back showing elevated potassium levels now for at least a couple of years; in addition to kidney issues - could the polethylene Glycol be the problem? What are the long term effects of staying on this as it works very well to relieve constipation. I take it every night.
