Each time I've taken mucinex and mucinex dm I have not been able to achieve orgasm for at least 24 hours after the last dose. The larger the dose the longer the effects last. This has happened all four separate times I've taken this medication. I consider a "separate" time to be having stopped taking the medication for at least one month before taking it again.
