  • Corey Tims on Nov, 20, 2012:

I ordered a free bottle of Mucinex on 11/5/2012. Today's date is 11/20/2012 and I haven't received the bottle in which I was informed, it would take 14 business days. I called several times and was told that my shipment was delayed because of back order. Wow! What a joke and a nice way of taking advantage of the public. I asked for the shipment fee to be placed back on my credit card and of course the company's rep said that's not going to happen. If I ever receive the free 30 day bottle that I paid $16.00 for shipping and handeling. Mucinex won't ever get another dime from me.
