Hi, I live in London, UK and have been on Tamsulosin for 4 years. In the past year my GFR has gone down from 60ml/min to 42ml/min. The only regular medication I have been taking is Tamsulosin 0.4mg daily. I wonder if tamsulosin may be the culprit? I would love to hear your experiences. Arun
