Hi, I was on Simponi Aria and had a terrible allergic reaction to it, so now we are trying Orencia. I had irregular heartbeat on Simponi Aria which went away a month after stopping infusions. I have now had 2 Orencia infusions and the irregular heartbeat is back! I fit the profile to a tee - over 60, taking mexo, and have under one month of treatment. My question is this: Does the irregular heartbeat stop and is it dangerous?!
Hi - I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2013 (mastectomy, lymph node clearance, chemo, radiotherapy, tamoxifen for 2 years, Letrozole for 3 months). when I started Letrozole, I had a DEXA scan to check my bones and they were found to be low density (especially my spine) and I was diagnosed with Osteopenia. I've experienced aching joints (hobbling around, especially when getting up from sitting down in a chair for a period of time) and recently went on holiday to Barcelona (yay!) and decided I'd give my bones a holiday too and take some Naproxen. I've taken it before (actually, I prefer Voltarol tablets, but they've been taken off shelves for 'heart related problems') but when the aches and pains went away, I was nearly back to my old self. I walked for miles, leaped into pools, and my arms and legs really toned up. It was fabulous. Now that I'm back, I've checked how long I can take Naproxen for (forever?!?!) Apparently it can cause Osteopenia - seeing as though I've already got that - will it make it worse and push me into osteoporosis? Any thoughts, advice would be appreciated!

My skin has discoloured in the last six months and yesterday I went to Amit Pande who is a Dermatalogist and Professor at UT Southwestern and he was the first to diagnose that it might be the Naproxen that causes it.
