I had robotic prostactomy surgey about 15 months ago. Afterwards I experienced difficulty in ED (erections) but despite this I did experience some degree of orgasmic pleasure. My Urologist prescribed viagra and cialis for a few months, but the medication had no effect on my erections or aorgasms whatsoever. I could achieve by means of masturbation quite some fullness in the penis, but it never reached and maintained sufficient hardness for normal penetration; it also takes a very long time to reach some form of orgasm. Eventually I bought a vacuret pump and almost immediately I managed to have more than medium to even real hard erections, but orgasm did not really improve much. Thus, having firm erections with the assistance of the vacuret pump, but not the same intensity regarding orgasms. I am a daily user of Omex 20 (Omeprazole) for many years. Before the robotic surgery, this medication seemed not to have any real detrimental effect on my erections and my organisms. But after surgery, I start suspecting that it may perhaps have effect as to my ED and lack of (easily) acquired orgasm. I would like to hear from you any comments on this. I am otherhwise a very healty and even fit person (age 66 years).
They put me on Adderall XR 25mg for my ADHD. I'm also on lithium carbonate er and neurontin. I was on the adderall for one week and now I'm still having symptoms of psychosis. I'm hallucinating and having a hard time distinguishing what is real and what isn't. I still have extreme paranoia as well. I've been off of it for about a month. When I was on it I didn't talk to anybody cause I was delusional and believed EVERYONE had hidden intentions to destroy me (even those closest to me). I still have some of that. I just want all the psychosis to stop. It's stressing me out. Anyone having any suggestions to help? I hallucinate shadows and people and hearing my name. I see people looking at me and I feel like they're judging me and planning something.

Looking for information that could help my wife with legal issues. My wife had a manic episode 44 days after taking Gabapentin. She had also been taking Lithium. I am interested in any case studies or published information that could support our theory it was caused by the Gabapentin.
