Fluvoxamine was my life saver and have been on it for years after failing many other SSRI and SNRI medications. I have very little to no side effects. It is also affordable for me. It helps with the obsessions and anxiety. It does make me drowsy so I take it at night. Klonopin has helped tremendously with my anxiety. However I do not take it during the day due to drowsiness. I like that it is longer acting and does not hit me as hard as other medications in this class. Zonisamide is my migraine preventative. It has caused some heat sensitivity and took some getting used to. But once I was done titrating up and stable on the dose I have no side effects besides the heat sensitivity. Adderall is for my narcolepsy. I take a low dose multiple times a day. I don't like taking it but it improved my quality of life and allowed me to get a full time job. It has caused loss of appetite, more sweating, increased heart rate, and makes me jittery if I don't make sure to time my doses right.

I was warned by my pharmacy that the effects of the nuva ring may be decreased by the armodafinil. My gynecologist said that the NuvaRing has a much higher chance of working stead of taking the pill for example. So I would probably be ok. Has this happened to any of you?
