Taking Opana er 30mg and butrans 10mcg patch and I just don't feel well at all with this new combo. I am a terminal patient and I Have rheumatoid arthritis that is crippling me. I am wondering if these two drugs fight against each other in the opiate receptors. Anyone have any experience with taking this combo of meds? When I go back to my doctor I'm thinking of asking to switch back to the fentanyl patch w Opana er. I just want to be on something that is long acting so I do not get sick having physical withdrawal. Any help appreciated.
