I'm almost 56yrs old and suffered from depression and anxiety for varying periods over the last 40yrs. Right now I'm down in the dark place again. Only just restarted on mirtazapine 3days ago. And my mood is pretty dark. I realise it takes a little while to work, but this has always been a risky time for me. (I've overdosed twice before). Community help (locally) from mental health worked would help but waiting lists are long. Nor sure if this is what's usually posted. Just needed someone out there to read this.
