  • Frequent bowel movements while taking januvia
i noticed while taking januvia i will have atleast 4-5 bowel movements a day. Before januvia I went 1 or two times a week. I once was unable to fill my perscription for more than a week and my movements went back to normal. As soon as I went back on the januvia I again was going 4-5 times a day.
  • Fructose malabsorption symptoms become wore with effexor
I took Venlafaxine for several years. During that time I was diagnosed with Fructose Malabsorption (FM), something I suspect that I have had for years already. For a period of two years I switched medication and took some other SSRIs instead of Venlafaxine and then returned to Venlafaxine and found that my FM symptoms right away increased/returned. When I came off of Venlafaxine I noticed that my FM symptoms became easier to manage but going back on Venlafaxine has confirm that it does indeed cause greater IBS and FM symptoms.
  • Weight migain with phentermine
I took Phentermine in 1990. At the time I only had about 20 pounds to lose. I actually lost 30. When I stopped taking it, it was like someone opened a "fat door". The weight started coming back even though I did everything exactly the same as when I was on the drug. In six months I had gained 120 pounds. To this day, I cannot get it off no matter what I do. I have been called a liar by several doctors, and have tried every diet known to man. In addition I spend three years with a personal trainer. Nothing has worked.
  • Sodium phosphate sensitivity - chlortrimaton helps
When I eat meat or any product with Sodium Phosphate in it, either in one large dose or cumulatively I get all of these symptoms. It gets worse if I eat it in consecutive meals and/or days. Taking Chlortrimaton eases the symptoms. The Doctor says this is not an allergy but is a sensitivity to Sodium Phosphate. There are other meat tenderizers and preservatives that have one or more of the symptoms listed but I have not been able to identify them.
  • Taking phentermine likely caused our baby to have anencephaly.
I used Phentermine for a few months prior to my wedding in December 2013. I ceased taking the phentermine in December 2013 after my honeymoon. In January 2014 my husband and I conceived a baby boy. This was our first child together and we and our families and friends were elated with excitement. At 9 months I had my first ultrasound where you can clearly see our baby's skull was not closed. The on/gyne who took the ultrasound did not diagnose the anencephaly or alert us, instead he referred us to the maternal fetal department at our local hospital. A month later I had another ultrasound performed at the maternal fetal department and was immediately informed and shown that our baby has anencephaly and an abortion was required. The only medication I took prior to pregnancy was phentermine prescribed by my primary care provider. I believe the phentermine is chemically composed similar to Adderral and should have the same warnings. I also believe phentermine causes a mother to be anemic and unable to provide a baby en utero the necessary nutrition for healthy growth. Had I been informed of the risk, I would never have taken this medication. Our baby died at 14 weeks after we were forced through the anguish and torturous of a late term abortion which is against our beliefs. I am now pregnant again, this time with a healthy baby.
