I've been on cephalexin for 6 months for a chronic bladder infection. I started with eye pain one week after starting the cephalexin. Initially it was ruled out as a cause of the eye pain because only one eye was affected. Five months later I started with pain in my other eye. I've seen an opthalmologist and had a CT scan, no cause has been found for the eye pain and proptosis (bulging eye).
