All my life I loved to run and exercise, it was my go to to help get my mind off of depression and self harm. I just started highschool, and I have to take gym. Because I didn't have a note in yet from my doctor so the teacher made me run a mile and was rude about it. It's been 2 days and my leg is swollen, red and you can see all the veins in it. It hurts so bad I can't stand and don't know what to do about it. I have to miss school tomorrow and today because I couldn't stand up. Sometimes I wish I was like the others kids, and I was able to run like I loved doing but now I can't and it's making me depressed. I wake up in the middle of the night because my leg gets in a huge cramp and feels so bad I start screaming and crying. It's been almost 2 years since I've had it I'm guessing and its getting to the point where I don't know what to do.
