I started taking Prozac and suffered from extreme nausea. The pharmacist at my local grocery store told me to take Omeprazole. I would take it when the nausea started and then still have to ride it out until the nausea went away. I took prozac for 10 years. I suffer from a chronic dry cough. I have been off of the drug for 7 years but cough continues. Does anyone ever recover from this? Does anyone know why this side effect occurs?
