55 year old male, took his life after taking medication for about 3-4 months. In his total 30 plus years of taking Anti psychotic medications, has he ever, never displayed a history of self mutilation, or thoughts of suicide. Lots of questions regarding if his doctor made clear the side effects, or if followed up with blood work was done. Very, very angry and grieving my uncle's death. This will not be another stat for study purposes. It will be for change. And accountability.
