My daughter is 19 and has "Mixed State Bipolar Aspergers. She had taken Risperidone when she was younger, and it was a miracle drug for her. After a while, she did start to lactate severely, so we discontinued the Risperidone. Now we have been told that it is the drug of choice for her diagnosis. She really wants to go back on it, and her primary doctor has said that an endocrinologist can prescribe something to allow her to take Risperidone and not lactate. Is this true? Thanks
