Used Spiriva and Symbicort as directed approx 10-12 days. Previously used oxygen night only, suddenly 24/7. Walking near impossible - pain, weakness; standing wobbly, walking - no balance, multiple falls, previously seldom fell. Sleep most of 24 hour period. Previously 2 -3 meals/day. Now 1 sandwich makes stomach feel too full for 24 hours. Diabetic, heart has AICD due to risk of sudden cardiac death. CABG 1992, 5 bypass, 1 failed, heart 30% ejection rate, coughs/chokes with oxygen, cannot sleep without oxygen.
