Hello, I am a 60 year old white female who has been having pain on my lower left side today. It started after I ate lunch and had a chicken breast on rye bread that had caraway seeds. I feel a vibrating feeling, too. I have had this sensation maybe three times before this over the years. I am overweight by about 30 pounds and also have been taking synthroid for over 30 years. I also have trouble when dieting, I lose about four pounds and then no more. I also have high blood pressure and when I take bp medication, it makes my heart skips beats and I can't take it. Any suggestions on a good diet, etc? Thanks! Melissa
