in the last 19 months that I have been taking Tikosyn, I have gained 20 lbs without changing eating habits. I have had elevated cholesterol. As well as hair loss. Has anyone noticed these same issues?
I have been on tikosyn for almost 2 years and never had high cholesterol. I now have high cholesterol and take medecine . I ride my bike around 50 miles a week so I'm active and eat a clean diet with no cheese, milk bread or red meat. But my cholesterol keeps elevating.
I was admitted to the hospital to begin taking Tikosyn for A-Fib. I am on my fourth dose of 500 mcg. I have been on propafenone plus 10 mg Bystolic 2 times a day, but I have been off both of those for 56 hours. My blood pressure is 98/54. I am a 64 year old female.
