  • the first night I slept fine,the second I slept 1 .5 hours woke up abruptly was awake 1/2 hour and fell back to sleep,3rd night did not work at all up until 5:00 am.The fifth night I did not take as I began to worry about it's effectiveness.Night #6 Slept 2 hrs- up 3 hours -slept 1 1/2 hrs up 2-3 hours slept 1 1/2 hours.
