My ANA was positive with a homogenous pattern, titers 1:640. Anti-dsDNA negative. I have been taking methadone for 8 years and 3 months. I am trying to find a correlating between methadone and possible drug induced lupus, because my gut tells me that this is the cause. I'm currently waiting for my referral to a rheumatologist from my PCP.
