Z Drugs in real world that are associated with: Comments from related studies: From this study (12 hours ago): I have been on most of these drugs for some time and my symptoms of sleep paralysis and sudden depression and dizziness have me worried that they are associated with one of the medications that I am on. My Rhum doctor thinks that I have Fibromyalgia that may have been brought on by my inflammatory poly arthritis and that the severe crushing pain in my feet is due to neuropathy. I have also had shingles twice and have post herpetic neuropathy in my hip. I am getting scared to sleep because of the disturbing dreams/paralysis and it is increasing my anxiety and I believe it is causing my depression as I am crying at the drop of a hat. Reply From this study (2 days ago): enlarged prostate - troubling urinating and extreme appetite loss along with sever weight loss Reply From this study (2 days ago): Severe itching of ankles. So severe I have rubbed my skin off 1/2"x3" area in my sleep. It is much worse if I get a mosquito bite. I live in Fort Worth, TX AND West Nile Virus very bad here. Don't know if it is related. Reply From this study (4 days ago): In 2012 after being on Effexor for the 1st time, I went into Atrial Flutter within two months. Had to have a cardioversion to fix the Flutter. Stayed on Effexor then had a 2nd Atrial Flutter event within 30 days of the 1st one. Had a 2nd cardioversion and ended up having an Ablation to fix the flutter long term. Went off the Effexor after the 2nd Atrial Flutter spell. Now here we are in 2013 and doctor's want to put me back on the Effexor. Within two months, my heart went back into Atrial Flutter. Had to have another cardioversion. Right now I'm on heart meds to try and keep rhythm normal. Still on the Effexor because no doctor believes it's the cause. But a heart cath found no other causes for the Flutter. Is it just coincedence or could the Effexor be the cause? Reply From this study (4 days ago): Can taking these drugs give a false pregnancy reading? I have just done a pregnancy test as I am late with my period and it was positive. Reply
