would modafinil be useful for severe apathy and chronic depression, and in combination with drugs above?
Amy on Jul, 27, 2014:
I'm a 20 year old female. I'm currently taking Wellbutrin for my depression and Seroquel for biolar disorder. I told my doctor about my extreme social anxiety that I experience being around people. Any sort of social gathering. I can't even go to school anymore. She prescribed Zoloft, but it was only after I asked her if she would prescribe me Xanax. I haven't started the Zoloft and I'm actually kind of scared to. I just don't know what kind of effect it will have on me. I don't want to take a lot of medication that is affecting my brain chemistry. But if I knew it was guaranteed to help me amongst my other medications I would take it. It's kind of a gamble and there are risks involved. Has anybody my age taken these meds, or know what the outcome is? Please reply me if you have any suggestions.
