  • Dream symptom began 2 weeks into taking chantix. I stopped taking it after 2 weeks due to such upsetting dreams. This "side effect" (Dhhh) returned suddenly after two years. I was horrified and finally consulted doctor who said 'yes' this return of symptom is possible. 14 months prior to the 'dream' return symptom i began having Anxiety which became more and more distressing. this symptom worsened and finally when the sexual disturbance symptom came on totally abruptly and intensely, I was proscribed the Alprazolam for anxiety. I have seen so many doctors over this time, am becoming depressed and so VERY tired of talking about these symptoms and experiencing these absurd, freaky symptoms. I wish so very much that I had never, never put this chantix in my body. I feel angry and victimized and there seems to be no authentic relief from this life-diminishing complex of physical and emotional suffering. I just want this to go away so I can resume healthy, functional, creative living. Can anybody suggest some actual CURE?!
