  • Catarini on May, 5, 2012:

I really read to find out about side effects. took one about 11:30am and started my exercise routine. Lifting light weights 15 min then Pilates 15 min. Didn't realize until the end my heart rate was very high and not coming down. Plus my body was shaky, I thought just muscle fatigue. By 1pm I called the Medics heart still racing body still shaking. Blood pressure 167/112 my normal is 118/67...ekg okay. I was really scared. Medics said if heart didn't settle in a few more hours to call my doctor. I think they thought I was stupid for taking an herb. I have carotid stenosis and really wanted to clear out my arteries. Never again will i take Ajuna.
