I will wake up from my sleep and see things or I will have severe nightmares.
From this study (4 weeks ago):
Nightmares more frequently since starting Flecainide about 1 1/2 years ago. The dreams vary in intensity and seem to be less on days when I have been very active and tired at bed time.

Male, 38 years old. I never have had any side effects to any medicine I have ever taken except singulair. I used to take singulair for asthma, but whenever I took it I had wild vivid nightmares. they did not scare me because I knew I was dreaming but they were so real but absurd that I would wake up in the middle of them and think WOW that was crazy. I would see friends who were Werewolves. I would be in a slow motion car crashes over cliffs, People turning into monsters, bad things happening to people I knew. All of the nightmares had bad endings. I asked my Dr about other patients having nightmares he said he had not heard anyone else mention them. He told me he did not think singulair was that effective anyway and took me off the prescription. Whenever I hear of anyone using singulair I get a chuckle and think of my wild memories of using it.
