Hi everyone, I need help! I am experiencing severe cramping in my legs, feet, calves and notes, along with major spasms. My legs are so tight and swollen as well (I also have swelling in my joints and muscles). I am taking Olanzapine and was wondering if anyone had experienced these symptoms? Also, what other remedies are there that you would recommend? I drink Tonic Water, heat and massage my legs, do epson salt baths. And now drinking coconut water as I read that 8 oz is the equivalent of 4 bananas. Also drinking V8 juice. I am beside myself in severe pain. I would appreciate any suggestions or help! Thank you! Blessings
I have started taking Desmopressin about 2 months ago. I started experiencing muscle cramps about 2 weeks later...in the strangest places, some of them being around my mouth, my rib areas & of course fingers/toes. Since I had the problem of dehydration before taking this drug & experienced cramps from low electrolytes I am unsure if the medication is now causing this or if I might still be low on one of my electrolytes. How common is this side effect?
Have osteoporosis and cerebellar ataxia. Will stop alendronic acid in September. My ataxia causes leg cramps - in ham-strings. Qunine has beed suggested, perhaps by drinking a glass of tonic water daily.
I have been having pain and bad cramps in my groin legs and feet. I wear insoles that don't help and pain killers don't work. My doc is sending me for physio just wondering if anyone else is going through this
