It is based on metoclopramide hydrochloride and insulin recombinant purified human; insulin susp isophane semisynthetic purified human (the active ingredients of Clopra and Novolin 70/30, respectively), and Clopra and Novolin 70/30 (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study. Patients in the study may take other drugs besides Clopra and Novolin 70/30.
