It is based on dabigatran etexilate mesylate and cetirizine hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Pradaxa and Zyrtec, respectively), and Pradaxa and Zyrtec (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study. Patients in the study may take other drugs besides Pradaxa and Zyrtec.
