My husband suffered a brain injury in a vehicle...

My husband suffered a brain injury in a vehicle accident in Oct 2016. It caused seizures, changes in personality, paranoia, unstableness in walking, memory loss etc. We were told that although he would not have any recovery, he most likely would not get much worse. But, he has gotten progressively worse and I. July of this year, he was diagnosed with Lewy Body disease with Parkinson’s symptoms. He just recently started Seroquel to help with symptoms, but I’m finding some symptoms have worsened. For example, he seems angry and more verbally combative. The foregoing is just a small part is the issues in dealing with this disease. As my husband’s caregiver, it’s overwhelming trying to figure out if I’m handling things correctly.
