It is based on ticagrelor and glyburide; metformin hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Brilinta and Glucovance, respectively), and Brilinta and Glucovance (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
