Cosopt and Eylea drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Cosopt (dorzolamide hydrochloride; timolol maleate) and Eylea (aflibercept). Common drug interactions include visual acuity reduced among females and retinal artery occlusion among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Cosopt and Eylea. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 45 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Cosopt?
Cosopt has active ingredients of dorzolamide hydrochloride; timolol maleate. It is often used in glaucoma. eHealthMe is studying from 9,029 Cosopt users. Check the latest studies of Cosopt.
What is Eylea?
Eylea has active ingredients of aflibercept. It is often used in macular degeneration. eHealthMe is studying from 27,868 Eylea users. Check the latest studies of Eylea.
45 people who take Cosopt and Eylea together, and have interactions are studied.
