It is based on sofosbuvir; velpatasvir and promethazine hydrochloride (the active ingredients of Epclusa and Promethazine, respectively), and Epclusa and Promethazine (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
