It is based on amlodipine; hydrochlorothiazide; valsartan and valsartan (the active ingredients of Exforge hct and Diovan, respectively), and Exforge hct and Diovan (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
