It is based on aluminum hydroxide; magnesium trisilicate and tacrolimus (the active ingredients of Gaviscon and Tacrolimus, respectively), and Gaviscon and Tacrolimus (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
