Levemir and Vicodin drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Levemir (insulin detemir recombinant) and Vicodin (acetaminophen; hydrocodone bitartrate). Common drug interactions include renal impairment among females and blood glucose increased among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Levemir and Vicodin. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 79 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Levemir?
Levemir has active ingredients of insulin detemir recombinant. It is often used in diabetes. eHealthMe is studying from 13,850 Levemir users. Check the latest studies of Levemir.
What is Vicodin?
Vicodin has active ingredients of acetaminophen; hydrocodone bitartrate. It is often used in pain. eHealthMe is studying from 63,357 Vicodin users. Check the latest studies of Vicodin.
79 people who take Levemir and Vicodin together, and have interactions are studied.
