It is based on linaclotide and chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride; clidinium bromide (the active ingredients of Linzess and Librax, respectively), and Linzess and Librax (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
