It is based on atropine sulfate; diphenoxylate hydrochloride and sulfamethoxazole; trimethoprim (the active ingredients of Lomotil and Cotrim, respectively), and Lomotil and Cotrim (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
