Lovastatin and Exjade drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Lovastatin (lovastatin) and Exjade (deferasirox). Common drug interactions include speech disorder among females and death among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Lovastatin and Exjade. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 30 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Lovastatin?
Lovastatin has active ingredients of lovastatin. It is often used in high blood cholesterol. eHealthMe is studying from 33,048 Lovastatin users. Check the latest studies of Lovastatin.
What is Exjade?
Exjade has active ingredients of deferasirox. It is often used in iron overload. eHealthMe is studying from 29,456 Exjade users. Check the latest studies of Exjade.

How the study uses the data?
The study uses data from the FDA. It is based on lovastatin and deferasirox (the active ingredients of Lovastatin and Exjade, respectively), and Lovastatin and Exjade (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
How to use the study?
