Nplate and Centrum drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Nplate (romiplostim) and Centrum (ascorbic acid; biotin; cyanocobalamin; dexpanthenol; ergocalciferol; folic acid; niacinamide; pyridoxine hydrochloride; riboflavin phosphate sodium; thiamine hydrochloride; vitamin a; vitamin e). Common drug interactions include musculoskeletal pain among females and thrombocytopenia among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Nplate and Centrum. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 40 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Nplate?
Nplate has active ingredients of romiplostim. It is often used in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (itp). eHealthMe is studying from 17,850 Nplate users. Check the latest studies of Nplate.
What is Centrum?
Centrum has active ingredients of ascorbic acid; biotin; cyanocobalamin; dexpanthenol; ergocalciferol; folic acid; niacinamide; pyridoxine hydrochloride; riboflavin phosphate sodium; thiamine hydrochloride; vitamin a; vitamin e. It is often used in vitamin supplementation. eHealthMe is studying from 34,686 Centrum users. Check the latest studies of Centrum.
40 people who take Nplate and Centrum together, and have interactions are studied.
