It is based on tapentadol hydrochloride and azelastine hydrochloride; fluticasone propionate (the active ingredients of Nucynta and Dymista, respectively), and Nucynta and Dymista (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
