Peridex and Levothroid drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Peridex (chlorhexidine gluconate) and Levothroid (levothyroxine sodium). Common drug interactions include meningitis among females and pneumothorax among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Peridex and Levothroid. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 17 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Peridex?
Peridex has active ingredients of chlorhexidine gluconate. eHealthMe is studying from 2,803 Peridex users. Check the latest studies of Peridex.
What is Levothroid?
Levothroid has active ingredients of levothyroxine sodium. It is often used in hypothyroidism. eHealthMe is studying from 8,974 Levothroid users. Check the latest studies of Levothroid.
17 people who take Peridex and Levothroid together, and have interactions are studied.
