Permax and Ketoprofen drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Permax (pergolide mesylate) and Ketoprofen (ketoprofen). Common drug interactions include interstitial lung disease among females and femoral neck fracture among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Permax and Ketoprofen. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 12 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Permax?
Permax has active ingredients of pergolide mesylate. eHealthMe is studying from 1,532 Permax users. Check the latest studies of Permax.
What is Ketoprofen?
Ketoprofen has active ingredients of ketoprofen. It is often used in pain. eHealthMe is studying from 15,048 Ketoprofen users. Check the latest studies of Ketoprofen.
12 people who take Permax and Ketoprofen together, and have interactions are studied.

What are the common drug interactions of Permax and Ketoprofen, by gender? *:
female:
- Interstitial lung disease
- Acanthoma (a skin cancer)
- Atrioventricular block complete (heart block complete)
- Coronary artery disease (plaque building up along the inner walls of the arteries of the heart, which narrows the arteries and restricts blood flow to the heart)
- Hyperkeratosis (thickening of the outer layer of the skin)
- Lobar pneumonia (a form of pneumonia that affects a large and continuous area of the lobe of a lung)
- Mitral valve incompetence (inefficient heart valve)
- Mitral valve stenosis (narrowing of mitral valve)
- Pericardial effusion (fluid around the heart)
- Pleurisy (inflammation of the pleurae, which causes pain when breathing)
male:
- Femoral neck fracture (neck of femur bone fracture)
- Sudden death
- Ulna fracture (fracture inside bone)
- Atrioventricular block first degree (heart block first degree)
- Cardio-respiratory arrest (sudden dysfunction of heart and lungs)
- Cardiomegaly (increased size of heart than normal)
- Ventricular hypertrophy (enlargement of ventricles (lower chambers) in the heart)
- Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat)
- Cardiac arrest
- Thrombosis (formation of a blood clot inside a blood vessel)
