Plaquenil and Propulsid drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine sulfate) and Propulsid (cisapride monohydrate). Common drug interactions include pyrexia among females and acute coronary syndrome among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Plaquenil and Propulsid. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 31 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Plaquenil?
Plaquenil has active ingredients of hydroxychloroquine sulfate. It is often used in systemic lupus erythematosus. eHealthMe is studying from 91,018 Plaquenil users. Check the latest studies of Plaquenil.
What is Propulsid?
Propulsid has active ingredients of cisapride monohydrate. It is often used in gastroesophageal reflux disease. eHealthMe is studying from 8,130 Propulsid users. Check the latest studies of Propulsid.
eHealthMe: drug outcomes in the real world
eHealthMe runs one of the largest post-marketing drug safety studies in the world. We study millions of patients and 5,000 more each day. Our data-driven phase IV clinical trials have been referenced on 800+ peer-reviewed medical publications including The Lancet, Mayo Clinic Proceedings, and Nature.
