It is based on estrogens, conjugated and brimonidine tartrate; timolol maleate (the active ingredients of Premarin and Combigan, respectively), and Premarin and Combigan (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
