It is based on estrogens, conjugated; medroxyprogesterone acetate and linaclotide (the active ingredients of Prempro and Linzess, respectively), and Prempro and Linzess (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
