It is based on brimonidine tartrate; brinzolamide and sacubitril; valsartan (the active ingredients of Simbrinza and Entresto, respectively), and Simbrinza and Entresto (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
