Sinemet and Sudafed drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Sinemet (carbidopa; levodopa) and Sudafed (pseudoephedrine hydrochloride). Common drug interactions include headache among females and cholelithiasis among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Sinemet and Sudafed. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 28 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Sinemet?
Sinemet has active ingredients of carbidopa; levodopa. It is often used in parkinson's disease. eHealthMe is studying from 29,601 Sinemet users. Check the latest studies of Sinemet.
What is Sudafed?
Sudafed has active ingredients of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. It is often used in nasal congestion. eHealthMe is studying from 12,944 Sudafed users. Check the latest studies of Sudafed.
28 people who take Sinemet and Sudafed together, and have interactions are studied.
