Thalidomide and Nulytely drug interactions - a phase IV clinical study of FDA data
Summary:
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Thalidomide (thalidomide) and Nulytely (polyethylene glycol 3350; potassium chloride; sodium bicarbonate; sodium chloride). Common drug interactions include peripheral sensory neuropathy among females and general physical health deterioration among males.
The phase IV clinical study analyzes what interactions people have when they take Thalidomide and Nulytely. It is created by eHealthMe based on reports of 37 people who take the same drugs from the FDA, and is updated regularly.
What is Thalidomide?
Thalidomide has active ingredients of thalidomide. eHealthMe is studying from 16,473 Thalidomide users. Check the latest studies of Thalidomide.
What is Nulytely?
Nulytely has active ingredients of polyethylene glycol 3350; potassium chloride; sodium bicarbonate; sodium chloride. eHealthMe is studying from 1,377 Nulytely users. Check the latest studies of Nulytely.
37 people who take Thalidomide and Nulytely together, and have interactions are studied.

The study uses data from the FDA. It is based on thalidomide and polyethylene glycol 3350; potassium chloride; sodium bicarbonate; sodium chloride (the active ingredients of Thalidomide and Nulytely, respectively), and Thalidomide and Nulytely (the brand names). Other drugs that have the same active ingredients (e.g. generic drugs) are not considered. Dosage of drugs is not considered in the study.
How to use the study?
DO NOT STOP MEDICATIONS without first consulting your doctor. If there are any serious or long term adverse effects discovered in the study, discuss the study with your doctor to ensure that proper medication management will be in place if applicable.
